The Community Vendors/Marketplace hours: August 1st – 3rd, 2024
Booth locations are located at the Phelps Firemen’s’ Hall. Vendor set up begins August 1st from 1 – 3 pm and takedown is immediately after event ends.
Single Booth: $50 Grounds (no less than 10X10)
Double Space: $ 100 Grounds (please contact us if you require more than 10X20 space)
Contact us for any special needs. I.E. Trailer space or electricity
Agreement:
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations after TBD are not refundable.
- The following will not be eligible for exhibition at the event: knives, weapons, or smoking paraphernalia of any kind.
- You must provide your own display equipment, set up your equipment, and personally attend your exhibit for all hours that the show is open
- You will be set up outside and you need to be prepared for any weather. For safety reasons, you must tie down your booth and provide your own leveling of your set-up. Booths start on the curb and stretch back over the sidewalk.
- Electric will not be provided. If you really need electric, please call to discuss options.
- You are responsible for collecting and paying NY State sales tax (currently 7.5%)
- No drinking alcohol or smoking will be allowed in the vendor booths.
- No pets are allowed, with the exception of guide or service dogs. If you do bring your pet, you will be asked to remove them.
- It is understood that your area shall be cleaned after the close of business and during business hours as required.
- Phelps Sauerkraut Weekend Committee reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time if these policies are not adhered to.
- Agreements will be honored on a first come, first serve basis.
- Phelps Sauerkraut Weekend will not be held responsible for any damage to vendors materials or property due to theft, adverse weather conditions or improper set-ups.
Release:
As an exhibitor, I agree to comply with the rules and regulations of this event. That, in consideration of my application being accepted, I intend to be legally bound; that I do hereby, for myself and my heirs, executors, administrator, successors, and assigns release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have or hereafter accrue to me the Town and Village of Phelps, the Phelps Sauerkraut Weekend Committee, the Phelps Fire Department and the Phelps Ambulance Inc. officers, volunteers, members, and board of directors for any and all damages, losses, and injuries sustained to me and/or my property while on the Phelps Sauerkraut Weekend grounds.
I hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the entities from any claim of action for property damage, personal injury, and / or wrongful death. I attest that I am physically fit and am responsible for my own actions.
